The natural arch has always been the symbol of Palinuro and divides on one side the equipped beach with kiosk and mooring for boats heading towards the caves and on the other side the reserved beach accessible by passing under the natural hole. Unfortunately, the beach that has attracted hordes of tourists is at risk of collapse despite the nets set up to contain any landslides. Despite the prohibitions, tourists run the risk in order to enjoy the hidden beach and its beautiful sea.
